Ordered the Miele WED 335 washing machine by email on Monday; it was delivered on Wednesday morning. Very friendly telephone contact, excellent service staff, delivery to the 4th floor (no elevator). Connection and removal of the old appliance were included for a small fee. We can wholeheartedly recommend Schilcher.

Despite the Christmas holidays, Miele Studio Schilcher delivered and installed a new washing machine for us within two days, either under warranty or as a goodwill gesture. If there were more stars, we would rightfully give them. It's definitely worth buying from a local dealer; service is a hallmark here! Not only were all the online retailers more expensive for the cooktop (Miele KM7897 FL) (I'm happy to spend a few euros more for local businesses), but everything was perfect. Competent, courteous, helpful, reliable, and always friendly and superbly organized. Anyone who buys Mr. Schilcher's products elsewhere has only themselves to blame. Many thanks!
